What I'm saying, is that lie detectors, voice and stress analyzers, DNA, probes, etc. are no longer needed. Those techniques are erroneous and now obsolete. For employee screening, take their resume, put "I swear under oath" at the top, and have the perspective employee notarize it at the bottom. If they can sign it, it's the truth. Can't sign it, and it means there is a lie in the document somewhere. Get it!
